Question: Can the SDAT and SCLK pins handle 5V inputs?
Answer:
No. The SDAT and SCLK pins are not tolerant to 5V inputs. The maximum voltage is 3.5V. Generally it is not recommended to have the voltage exceed to 3.3V though there are internal protection diodes. So the pull ups should be tied to 3.3V and not 5V.
