Question: How do I Connect an ADC to Port Pins?
Answer:
Most of the analog bus port pins feed directly into the analog column input multiplexers. There are no direct connections between the input multiplexers and the analog SC PSoC blocks that can hold an ADC User Module. Place a programmable gain amplifier with a gain of 1.0 in the analog CT PSoC block between the input multiplexer and the analog SC PSoC block. PSoC blocks ASA10, ASB20, ASB13 and ASA23 each have a single, direct connection to a hardwired port pin allowing direct ADC connection.
