Modifying boot.asm code

Question: How do I modify the code in boot.asm?  When I modify boot.asm, the changes are lost when application is generated.

Answer:

Everytime application is generated, the PSoC Designer regenerates the boot.asm file from boot.tpl file in the project directory.  So, any changes made to the boot.asm will be overwritten and lost.  So, if any change is desired on the boot.asm code (like modifying the interrupt vector), the change has to be made in the boot.tpl file.  Once the change is made to the boot.tpl file, the boot.asm file will reflect the change when application is generated.
