PWM and Counter - Difference

Question: What is the difference between a PWM and a Counter User Modules?Answer:

In hardware, the PWM and Counter are the same.  The PWM user module has been created just for convenience so that the user can use function names relevant to a PWM like WritePulseWidth.  The Counter user module also may be used to create a PWM, where you would use the WriteCompareValue API to change the pulsewidth.
