Question: Has the radio module that ships with the development kit passed FCC compliance?
Answer: The FCC/Industry Canada electromagnetic compatibility testing (EMC) on the development kit radio module PDC-9163 was tested and verified. The radio module passed all of the tests required by FCC/Industry Canada to meet FCC (United States) and Industry Canada certification requirements. The new FCC authorization process through TCBs is available to customers through several EMC test facilities.
