Question: What is the reason for error: "Bit failed at Address# addrNum, Data# dataNum, Expected D1, Got D2."?

Answer:

A bit at the specified location failed to program correctly. The expected data value was D1 whereas the ISR software read D2.

The possible causes are:
1. The power supply voltage or current is not sufficient to operate the device(s).
2. Bad device.

Known Problem with the ISR:
Bit failures can occur when using parallel port programming cable if the Player is set to run at too low a priority level.

Solution:
Open the Preferences Dialog box (located under the Edit Menu option), and increase the priority of the Player from ?Normal? to ?High? or to ?Real Time? until all random bit failures have been eliminated.
