Answer: The difference between LKXI, LFXI and LTXI package is only the thickness of the Package.
LKXI - (0.6mm MAX thick) QFN
LFXI - (0.93mm MAX thick) PUNCH QFN
LTXI - (1.00mm MAX thick) SAWN QFN
Cypress is moving from punch singulation to sawn singulation. The sawn singulation process is more stable and supports a more reliable supply source for our customers.
