Question: What is the minimum operating supply voltage that can be provided to PSoC1 devices ?
Answer:
The following part families can work on a minimum supply voltage of 2.4 V:
- CY8C24x23A
- CY8C22x13A
- CY8C21x23
- CY8C21x34
- CY8C20x34
The following part families can work on a minimum supply voltage of 3 V:
- CY8C24x94
- CY8C29X66
- CY8C27X43
- CY8C22x45
- CY8C28xxx
CY8C20xx6A can work on a minimum supply voltage of 1.71 V.
Note: CY8C21x34 devices need a minimum voltage of 2.5V during POR.
