Question: Are there any known issues in using FX3 with the ASMedia xHCI host controller?
Answer:
We have observed issues with the driver version 1.14.1.0 of the ASMedia xHCI host controller.
The ASMedia host controller with the above mentioned driver version unexpectedly goes into an unknown state and is unable to enumerate the FX3 device.
The FX3 device has been tested with driver version 1.10.1.0 on the ASMedia host controller and no issues have been observed. Roll back the driver to this version to avoid this issue.
