What is the data/bit error rate of the S34ML01G1 / S34ML04G1 NAND FLASH family series of products?
The ECC requirement of any system is dependent on the Chipset employed within the target application. Therefore, the data or bit error rate regarding the S34ML01G1 / ML04G1 NAND FLASH family series cannot be accurately determined due the fact of the high quality characteristic of one-bit ECC.
The lower bit ECC requirement, the lower data/bit error rate.Conversly, the higher bit ECC requirement, the higher the data/bit error rate. As an example, if the target application produces four data/bit errors, then obviously a NAND FLASH device using one one-bit ECC is not suitable and will not be of any use.
