How to determine the absolute maximum Junction temperature for a given Memory part?



Response: The absolute maximum junction temperature of a device is a parameter which is determined by its technology. For example, for CY7C1041DV33, it is 150°C, but for CY7C1470BV33 it is 125°C.


The following is the absolute maximum junction temperatures for the SRAM families:
  Sync SRAM: 125°C
  Async SRAM: 150°C
  nvSRAM: 150°C


Please note that the absolute maximum junction temperatures will generally not be reached within the operating temperature range of the part.
